Who is a consumer?

By consumer we mean a natural person acting for the accomplishment of aims outside the scope of their own occupation and economic activity. Sole traders, one-person enterprises, economic associations, legal entities, unincorporated organisations, condominium building communities are not considered consumers and therefore may not initiate the procedure of the Financial Arbitration Board.
