Significant novelty, innovative content
Regulatory support is provided for innovations that have significant novelty for the financial intermediation. It is required from the innovations using the platform that the products or services they offer are not yet known, new solutions or significantly deviate from the solutions available on the market.
Benefit for consumers and investors
Regulatory support is intended to help the market entry of innovative products or services that provide significant benefits for potential users and the entire market.
Knowledge of the most important laws and obligations
Candidates need to have basic knowledge of the most important laws and obligations regarding innovation, through their own analyzes. Studying the relevant content of the Information Repository and Communication Hub functions may be helpful for pre-orientation.
