The Regulatory Support Platform helps FinTech innovators to clarify the legal issues with regards to their innovations. Through the sub-page it is possible to ask the MNB directly, to request guidance and to initiate consultations on these issues.
Please, search for information regarding the Acceptance Criteria before submitting your question.
You can submit your question by filling in a questionnaire prepared in advance. The completed questionnaire can be sent to us in two ways.
1. Completing the online questionnaire
2. Filling in and uploading a Word file
