In certain licensing proceedings a questionnaire is to be filled in by the applicants/stakeholder entities to confirm the good standing of the executive officers and the entities acquiring qualifying holding. The option to complete the questionnaires below in English helps the foreign applicants.
In case of proceedings for activity license and acquisition of a qualifying interest the questionnaire in English is only informative, the questionnaire enclosed to the application is required to be in Hungarian or to provide certified Hungarian translations of the document.
