On 5 May 2010, the MNB conducted its auction to purchase domestically issued forint mortgage bonds in the secondary market. Market participants submitted offers for a total amount of HUF 185 million. One offer for one bond was received of the 12 securities the Bank offered to purchase under the programme.
Taking into account all available secondary market price information, the Bank accepted the offer for a total amount of HUF 185 million. Details of the offers received and accepted by the Bank can be accessed by clicking on the link below.
The next auction to purchase mortgage bonds in the secondary market will take place on 9 June 2010.
