We are pleased to inform you that the Statistics page on the MNB’s website has been renewed. In performing this phase of website development, our users’ needs were also taken into account with a view to enabling the MNB’s statistical publications to present financial, economic developments in Hungary in a clear format, providing unambiguous information to users.
The development has focused on the following areas:
· dynamic publication calendar interface
· offer several entry points to access contents, clearer menu system and new search engine
· thematic pages, i.e. collecting sub-pages taking the user directly to the latest data and publications on a specific topic related to statistical areas
· interface optimised for the visually impaired
In addition, the modernisation of publication procedures will be continued which will provide more room for self-service data analysis by applying visual, presentation technologies, helping users quickly comprehend data offering diverse query and display options.
As a result of the introduction of the new portal, links on the outdated portal have been changed with contents accessible via new links. Links saved by users must be refreshed.
