May 30 2023. The next tender of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank's (MNB) variable rate, maximum 6-month deposit instrument will take place on June 1 2023. For the remainder of the year, the MNB set the tender days in accordance with the interest rate decision meetings of the Monetary Council.
In the remainder of 2023, the MNB will announce the tenders for the deposit instrument with a variable interest rate of up to 6 months in accordance with the scheduled interest rate decision meetings of the Monetary Council, in line with the table attached to this announcement.
The long-term deposit tender will be held between 9:45 and 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 1, 2023, with value date starting on the day of the tender. The tender call with the specific parameters will be announced on the day of the tender at 9:00 a.m., while the tender result will be published at 11:00 a.m. On 1 June, the central bank will announce its long-term deposit instrument with 20-day maturity, while later the tenor of the instrument will be adjusted to the rate-setting meetings of the Monetary Council.
