Please write the name, and address of the account holder in table 1st of the form.

If the payment is to be made to a foreign account, the IBAN and SWIFT code (BIC), and the currency (EUR, USD, GBP) of the account must be provided.

E-mail address must be provided to confirm the delivery.

Specify the number of withdrawn banknotes and to be exchanged in table 2nd of the form and the total amount in HUF.

The completed form, the cash to be exchanged should be sent by post to Magyar Nemzeti Bank. You should approach your local service providers to find the best way to send the post to us. Please send your form and cash to:
